End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Moments Inc.

1. License Grant

Moments Inc. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your personal device.

2. Restrictions

• You may not modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app.
• You may not remove any proprietary notices.

3. Ownership

The app is licensed, not sold. All rights remain with Moments Inc.

4. Termination

This license terminates if you fail to comply with any term.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Moments Inc. be liable for damages exceeding the license fee.
